The Application Value of Teamwork Management Model in Hospital Safety Management
Objective To explore the application value of teamwork management model in hospital safety manage-ment.Methods The relevant data of 300 staff members in the District Office of Department of Otology at Yancheng First People's Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023.According to different management modes,they were di-vided into two groups:team cooperation management mode group and routine safety management mode group,with 150 members each.The comprehensive ability,quality of hospital safety management,occurrence of adverse events and satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,operational skills,problem solving ability,innovation ability,communication ability,and score of hospital safety management qual-ity of team cooperation management mode group were higher than those of conventional safety management mode group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events was 8.00%(12/150)in the teamwork management mode group,which was lower than 16.00%(24/150)in the conventional safety man-agement mode group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=17.222,P<0.05).The satisfaction scores on work system,work environment,work schedule and interpersonal relationship of the team cooperation management mode group were higher than those of the conventional safety management mode group,and the differences were statis-tically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of teamwork management mode in hospital safety management is higher than that of conventional safety management mode.
