Analysis of the Application Effect of Continuous Quality Improvement in Disinfection Supply Center
Objective To analyze the effect of continuous quality improvement interventions in disinfection supply centers.Methods A total of 12 staff from Shandong Province Binzhou Zouping Health Security Center from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects,in which the conventional management mode(routine group)was adopted from January to June 2022,and the continuous quality improvement mode(improvement group)was adopted from July 2022 to January 2023.Staff participated throughout the study.The qualified rate of disinfec-tion,sterilization and cleaning,and the scores of work quality of disinfection supply center personnel before and after continuous quality improvement.Results The qualified rate of the improved group was higher than that of the conven-tional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The job quality score of the improved group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous quality improvement intervention mode adopted by the disinfection supply center can break the limitations of the conventional management mode,improve the qualified rate of disinfection,cleaning and sterilization,and im-prove the work quality of personnel.It has clinical application value.
