Evaluation of Refined Management on Improving the Quality of Nursing Management in General Medical Departments
Objective To evaluate the impact of refined management on improving the quality of nursing management in general medicine departments.Methods 26 nurses working in the Department of General Practice of Chenzhou First People's Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into routine group and research group by random number table method,with 13 nurses in each group.Conventional management intervention was used in the conventional group,and refined management intervention was used in the re-search group to compare the management satisfaction,nursing management quality,work effect and assessment results of the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in management satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of nursing quality in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The working effect scores of the study group were better than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The test scores of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nurses in general practice implement refined management intervention,which has a positive impact on improving the quality of nursing management.
