Exploration Innovative Paths for Talent Evaluation Systems in Public Hos-pitals
The traditional talent evaluation system can no longer support the sustainable development of hospitals in the future.To this end,public hospitals need constantly innovating their talent evaluation systems and exploring more scientific,targeted and effective innovation paths,in order to cultivate a higher-quality talent team for the hospital.This article launches a review to gain an in-depth understanding of the problems existing in the current talent evalua-tion system of public hospitals.It also conducts analysis from multiple dimensions such as the proposal of talent evalu-ation indicators,the improvement of evaluation procedures,the development of pilot work,and the activation of feed-back mechanisms to explore more reasonable innovation paths.
