Objective To explore the application effect of the management model based on information platform in car-diology and its impact on satisfaction.Methods 27 cardiologists from Shouguang People's Hospital from October 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the control group,and 27 same cardiologists from October 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the observation group.The control group adopts traditional management methods,and the obser-vation group adopts a management model based on an information platform.The quality of management,doctors'core competencies and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After management,the scores of daily diagnosis and treatment,medical safety,doctor-patient relationship,ward management,hospital culture and holding regular meetings in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).After management,the scores of doctors'follow-up ability,critical thinking ability,com-munication and coordination ability,management ability,professional development ability and self-protection ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).All items of satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The management model based on the information platform has significant effects in the management of cardiologists.It can improve the quality of management,enhance the core ca-pabilities of doctors,and has high management satisfaction.
