临床案例式教学结合OBE教育理念模式在病理学课程教学中的应用效果研究

目的 探讨临床案例式教学结合成果导向教育理念(Outcome Based Education,OBE)模式在病理学课程教学中的应用效果.方法 选取2023年2-6月河南护理职业学院临床医学专业21级、22级各1个班共计124名学生为研究对象,其中临床医学专业21级1个班61名学生设为观察组,临床医学专业22级1个班63名学生设为对照组.对照组采用传统案例教学模式,观察组采用基于OBE理念的案例式教学模式,比较两组学生在考试成绩、教学满意度和评判性思维能力方面的差异.结果 观察组的理论知识和实践技能期末考试成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组的教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的评判性思维能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 OBE教育理念结合临床案例式教学模式在病理学教学中具有良好的应用效果,能够有效提升学生的学习成绩以及评判性思维能力,且具有较高的学生满意度.
Research on the Application Effect of Clinical Case-based Teaching Com-bined with OBE Education Concept Model in Pathology Course Teaching
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical case-based teaching combined with outcome based education(OBE)in pathology course teaching.Methods A total of 124 students from each class of Grade 21 and grade 22 of Clinical medicine major in Henan Nursing Vocational College from February to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,of which 61 students from the class of grade 21 of clinical medicine major were set as the ob-servation group,and 63 students from the class of grade 22 of clinical medicine major were set as the control group.The control group adopted the traditional case teaching mode,and the observation group adopted the case teaching mode based on the OBE concept,and compared the differences between the two groups of students in terms of test scores,teaching satisfaction and critical thinking ability.Results The final examination scores of theoretical knowl-edge and practical skills of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The critical thinking ability of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The OBE education concept combined with clinical case teaching mode has a good application effect in pathology teaching,which can effectively improve students'academic performance and critical thinking ability,and has a high degree of student satisfaction.
