Application of Case Teaching Method Combined with Sandwich Teaching Method in Geriatrics Teaching
Objective To explore the application effect of case teaching method combined with Sandwich teaching method in geriatrics teaching.Methods A total of 60 education students participated in the study of geriatric science from the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College from March 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 students in each group.The control group received routine teaching,the observation group received case teaching combined with Sandwich teach-ing method,and the teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results The simulated exam scores of the obser-vation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Case teaching method combined with Sandwich teaching method can improve the effect of geriatrics teaching and improve students'satisfaction with the effect of practical teaching.
