Application of CBL Combined with MDT Teaching Method in Hematology Training Teaching
Objective To explore the application effect of case-based learning(CBL)combined with multidisciplinary treatment(MDT)in the standardized training and teaching of hematology residents.Methods 62 doctors who received standardized training in the Hematology Department of Huaian First Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from January to September 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a research group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 31 doctors in each group.The research group used CBL combined with MDT teaching method,and the control group used traditional teaching method.The exit examina-tion scores and teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical knowledge of hematology,clinical operation ability,and clinical diagnosis and treatment ability of the research group were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statically significant(all P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire on the evaluation of teaching effectiveness of the research group were all higher than those of the control group,and the dif-ferences were statically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with MDT teaching method in hematologi-cal disease teaching is beneficial to improving the academic performance of training doctors and teaching satisfaction.
