Application of CBL Teaching Method in Clinical Teaching of Thoracic Surgery
Objective To analyze the application value of case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in thoracic sur-gery teaching.Methods A total of 60 students practicing in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from January to September 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group(CBL teaching method)and control group(traditional teaching method)according to random number table method,with 30 students in each group.The teaching results of the two groups were analyzed.Results The theoretical and skill scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The teaching feedback of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluation of teaching in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%,higher than 86.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL teaching method can cultivate students'cooperation spirit and teamwork ability,improve students'ability to cope with challenges and solve problems.
