Analysis of the Effectiveness of the Application of Standardized Teaching Models in Multidisciplinary Diagnosis and Treatment Teaching for Clini-cal Graduate Students
Objective To analyze the effect of the standardized teaching model in the multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment teaching of clinical graduate students. Methods 60 clinical postgraduate students who participated in multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment at Inner Mongolia Forestry General Hospital from March 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into two groups using the random number table method, with 30 students in each group. The students in the control group adopted the traditional teaching model, and the students in the observation group adopted the standardized teaching model. The post-training assessment scores,students'satis-faction with teaching, and students'diagnostic and treatment ability scores before and after training were compared be-tween the two groups. Results Before the training, there was no significant difference in assessment scores and diagno-sis and treatment ability scores between the two groups(all P>0.05).After the training, the assessment results,teach-ing satisfaction and diagnosis and treatment ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized teaching models in the multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment teaching of clinical graduate students can effectively improve the assessment scores and clinical diagnosis and treatment abilities of graduate students. Moreover, this train-ing method can obtain higher satisfaction evaluations from graduate students, has high training value.
