基于突发公共卫生事件下卫生人力资源管理

目的 分析基于突发公共卫生事件下卫生人力资源管理效果.方法 回顾性选取深圳市龙华区疾病预防控制中心2020年1月—2022年12月参与研究的80名工作人员的临床资料.2020年1月—2021年6月实施传统卫生人力资源管理,2021年7月—2022年12月实施基于突发公共卫生事件下卫生人力资源管理,分别测定职业倦怠评分、应激障碍评分、应急能力评分及卫生人力资源总满意率.结果 管理后,80名工作人员的职业倦怠评分、创伤后应激障碍评分低于管理前,应急能力评分、卫生人力资源管理总满意率高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 基于突发公共卫生事件下卫生人力资源管理可以缓解工作人员的职业倦怠感,消除创伤后应激障碍并提升其应急能力,且对于卫生人力资源管理的总满意率高.
Health Human Resources Management Based on Public Health Emergen-cies
Objective To analyze the effect of health human resources management based on public health emergen-cies.Methods The clinical data of 80 staff members who participated in the study from January 2020 to December 2022 at the Shenzhen Longhua District Center for Disease Control and Prevention were retrospectively selected.Tradi-tional health human resources management will be implemented from January 2020 to June 2021,and health human resources management based on public health emergencies will be implemented from July 2021 to December 2022.Occupational burnout scores,post-traumatic stress disorder scores,emergency ability scores and overall satisfaction rate of health human resources management were measured respectively.Results After management,the occupational burnout scores and post-traumatic stress disorder scores of 80 staff members were lower than before management,the emergency ability scores and verall satisfaction rate of health human resources management were higher than before management,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Health human resources manage-ment based on public health emergencies can alleviate staff's job burnout,eliminate post-traumatic stress disorder and improve their emergency response capabilities.The overall satisfaction rate with health human resources manage-ment is high.
