摘要
目的 探讨灌南县流行性腮腺炎的流行现状与流行病学特征.方法 根据中国疾病预防控制信息系统的数据,统计2012-2022年灌南县流行性腮腺炎2 361例报告发病数/死亡数疫情、性别分布、年龄分布、职业分布.结果 2012-2022年灌南县流行性腮腺炎报告显示,2013年灌南地区流行性腮腺炎发病率最高,2020年发病率最低;性别表现为男性多于女性;发病年龄为0～19岁的儿童和青少年,<15岁的儿童发病最多,占比94.67%;0～19岁流行性腮腺炎分布以散居儿童为主,为683例,占59.65%.结论 灌南县在2012-2022年期间,流行性腮腺炎的发病率整体降低,应加强15岁以下儿童和青少年的疫苗接种工作,提高接种率,并严密监测完善流行性腮腺炎的监测制度率,保护青少年儿童的身体健康.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the epidemic status and epidemiological characteristics of mumps in Guannan County.Methods According to the data of the Chinese Information System for Disease Control and Prevention 2 361 cases of mumps reported in Guannan County from 2012 to 2022 were counted,as well as the distribution of gender,age and occupation.Results The report of mumps in Guannan County from 2012 to 2022 showed that the incidence of mumps in Guannan district was the highest in 2013 and the lowest in 2020.The gender manifestations were more male than female.Children and adolescents aged from 0-19 years old had the most cases,and children under 15 years old had the most cases,accounting for 94.67%.The prevalence of mumps in children aged 0-19 years was mainly scattered,with 683 cases(59.65%).Conclusion The incidence of mumps in Guannan County decreased overall from 2012 to 2022.Vaccination for children under the age of 15 should be strengthened to increase the vaccination rate;the rate of mumps surveillance system should be closely monitored and improved to protect the health of adolescents and children.
