国家高度重视毕业后的医学教育培训,要求各大医疗机构必须积极完善住院医师规范化培训(住培)基地与教学方法,引导住院医师将在校学到的理论知识充分应用到临床实践当中,培养其成为真正合格的临床执业医师.但就目前来说,我国"住培"仍存在诸多问题,其教学方法也尚未形成统一标准或模式.本文从带教老师经验、住院医师学习能力以及带教教学模式等方面,分析了"住培"的现状,同时针对现状问题,分别阐述了问题导向式教学方法(Problem Based Learrning,PBL)、迷你临床演练(Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise,Mini-CEX)联合操作技能直接观察(Direct Observation of Procedural Skills,DOPS)评估教学、体验式教学、以病例为基础的学习(Case Based Learning,CBL)+PBL教学以及微信平台辅助教学等在"住培"中的应用进展.
Analysis of the Current Situation of Standardized Training for Residents and Research Progress on Teaching Methods
The country has paid more and more attention to post-graduation medical education and training,requir-ing major medical institutions to actively improve standardized training for medical residents(residential training)bases and teaching methods,guide residents to fully apply the theoretical knowledge learned in school into clinical practice and train them to become truly qualified clinical practitioners.But for now,there are still many problems in my country's"residential training",and its teaching methods have not yet formed a unified standard or model.This ar-ticle analyzes the current situation of"residential training"from the aspects of teaching teacher experience,resident physician learning ability,and teaching model.At the same time,in view of the current problems,problem-based teaching(PBL),mini-clinical exercise(Mini-CEX)combined with direct observation of operating skills(DOPS)as-sessment teaching,experiential teaching,and case-based learning(CBL)+ PBL teaching are respectively elaborated,as well as the application progress of WeChat platform-assisted teaching in"residential training".
