摘要

护理人员的职业倦怠不但会使他们的身心健康受到影响,还会使护理质量降低,医疗差错增加,患者满意度下降,离职率升高等现象出现.因此,对护理人员职业倦怠现状和影响因素的了解以及进行适当干预尤为重要.本文对国内护理人员职业倦怠的现状、影响因素以及干预的措施进行综述.

Abstract

The occupational burnout of nursing staff will not only affect their physical and mental health,but also re-duce the quality of care,increase medical errors,decrease patient satisfaction,and increase the turnover rate.There-fore,it is particularly important to understand the current status and influencing factors of nursing burnout and to carry out appropriate intervention.This article reviews the current status,influencing factors and intervention mea-sures of nursing staff burnout in China.
