Discussion on the Construction and Management Standards of Hospice Care in County-level Hospitals
Standardized hospice care construction and management can effectively reduce the pain and discomfort of terminal patients or patients before dying.County-Level hospitals need to set up hospice units in geriatric medicine,internal medicine,emergency department and other related departments,establish professional teams,formulate opera-tional guidelines and service models,strengthen medical care technology training and publicity and education,and es-tablish an orderly linkage referral mechanism as well as a hospice supervision,evaluation and quality evaluation sys-tem.To study and formulate hospice care charging items and standards and other related measures to improve the quality of life of patients and meet the multi-level and diversified health needs of the people.This paper first summa-rizes hospice care,and then probes into the construction strategy and management norms of hospice care in county-level hospitals for reference.
