Abstract
The importance of quality management in hospital laboratory departments has become increasingly promi-nent.The hospital laboratory department is an important link in ensuring medical quality and safety,so it is necessary to establish an effective quality management system.This article discuss key considerations on quality management in hospital laboratory departments from several aspects.First of all,it is necessary to ensure the professional quality and training level of laboratory personnel,and improve the technical level and operating specifications through regular training and continuing education.Secondly,establish a complete quality control system to ensure the accuracy and stability of the equipment,as well as the accuracy and reliability of the inspection results.In addition,standardized management of specimen collection and processing should be strengthened to ensure sample integrity and accuracy.Finally,we must pay attention to external quality assessment and review,understand and correct existing problems in a timely manner,and improve the overall quality level.
