某县级医院等级评审工作的实践与思考

摘要
等级评审是评价医院管理服务能力的重要手段.县级医院积极创建三级医院,既是政策引领和城乡需求,同时也是医院长远发展的需要.通过等级医院创建工作,实现以评促建、以评促改、评建并举、重在内涵的目标,将评审标准变成日常工作的行为准则,在实际行动中践行标准,在标准理解中指导实践,助推医院的高质量发展.本文阐述了仪征市人民医院在医院等级评审过程中的主要做法和取得的成效,为县级医院创建三级医院提供了参考借鉴.
Abstract
Grade review is an important means to evaluate hospital management service capabilities.County-level hospitals actively create tertiary hospitals,which is not only policy guidance and urban and rural needs,but also the need for long-term development of hospitals.Through the creation of graded hospitals,we will achieve the goals of pro-moting construction through evaluation,promoting reform through evaluation,emphasizing both evaluation and con-struction,and focusing on connotation,and turn the evaluation standards into the code of conduct for daily work.Implement standards in actual actions,guide practice through understanding of standards,and promote high-quality development of hospitals.The article elaborates on the main practices and achievements of Yizheng People's Hospital in the hospital grade review process,providing a reference for county-level hospitals in establishing third-level hospi-tals.
