Research on the Application of CBL Teaching Method Based on Job Com-petency in Internal Medicine Teaching Practice
As a case-based teaching method,case-based learning(CBL)has significant advantages over traditional internal medicine teaching method.Under the situation that medical students'post competency requirements are con-stantly increasing,students are guided to conduct in-depth analysis through specific cases,strengthen the learning of knowledge points,and accumulate experience.It can effectively train the basic quality required by medical students for medical posts and improve the medical knowledge system of medical students.This paper takes the overview of post competency and CBL teaching method as the starting point,in-depth analysis of the existing problems of the CBL teaching method based on post competency in internal medicine teaching practice,and puts forward the application strategies of the CBL teaching method based on post competency in internal medicine teaching practice,in order to provide references for relevant personnel.
