Impact of Application Effect of Management Mode Based on Magnetic Concept in Neurosurgery
Objective To explore the application effect of management mode based on magnetic concept in neurosur-gery.Methods A total of twenty-three doctors in the Neurosurgery Department of Anqiu People's Hospital from May 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects and divided into control group(n=23,from May 2021 to April 2022)and observation group(n=23,from May 2022 to April 2023)according to the time point.Two groups were the same group of doctors.The control group was managed by conventional methods,and the observation group combined with the management mode based on magnetic concept.Management quality,core skills and management satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The management quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 3 months of management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The core skill score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 3 months of management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 3 months of management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The management mode based on the magnetic concept has remarkable effect in neurosurgery,can improve the management quality,enhance the core skills of doctors,and obtain higher management satisfaction.
