Fishbone Diagram Analysis of 8S Lean Management to Improve the Qual-ity of Operating Room Management
Objective To explore the effect of 8S lean management to improve operating room management quality un-der fishbone diagram analysis.Methods 39 medical personnel working in the operating room of Shexian People's Hos-pital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects From January to December 2021,the management of operating rooms was implemented in accordance with the routine management.From January to De-cember 2022,8S lean management strategy based on fishbone diagram analysis was adopted on the basis of routine op-erating room management.The incidence of nosocomial infection invding operating room staff and comprehensive abil-ity scores under different management styles was compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of nosocomial infection among operating room staff under different management modes(P>0.05).Under 8S lean management strategy based on fishbone diagram analysis on the basis of routine operating room management,the comprehensive ability scores of operating room staff were significantly higher than those under the routine manage-ment,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the relevant work management strategy of hospital operating room,the 8S lean management method based on fishbone diagram analysis can improve the qual-ity of related medical work in operating room,promote the ability of medical staff,and reduce the risk of hospital infec-tion of operating room staff to a certain extent.
