基于雨课堂的混合式教学在外科临床技能培训中的应用研究

摘要
目的 探讨基于雨课堂的线上线下混合式学习在临床医学专业本科生外科临床技能培训中的应用效果.方法 选取2019年2-6月苏州大学苏州医学院2016级五年制临床医学专业学生64名作为对照组,另选取2023年2-6月苏州大学苏州医学院2020级五年制临床医学专业学生65名作为观察组.观察组给予混合式教学,对照组给予常规教学.对比两组临床技能操作考核成绩、临床思维能力考核成绩、教学质量评分及教学满意度.结果 观察组临床技能操作考核成绩和临床思维能力考核成绩、学生教学满意度、各项教学质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 在临床医学专业本科生外科临床技能培训中,采用基于雨课堂的混合式教学法的教学效果理想,能够提高其临床实践技能操作能力、提升医学生临床思维能力、提高学生的教学质量及教学满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of online and offline mixed teaching based on rain classroom in surgical clinical skills training for undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine.Methods A total of 64 students majoring in five-year clinical medicine of Grade 2016 in Soochow University Soochow Medical School from February to June 2019 were selected as the control group,and 65 students majoring in five-year clinical medicine of Grade 2020 in Soochow University Medical School from February to June 2023 were selected as the observation group.The observation group was given mixed teaching and the control group was given conventional teaching.The results of clinical skill operation,clinical thinking ability,teaching quality and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of clinical skill operation and clinical thinking ability,the teaching satisfaction of stu-dents,and the scores of teaching quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the training of surgical clinical skills for undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine,the mixed teaching method based on rain classroom has ideal teaching effect,which can improve the operation ability of clinical practice skills,enhance the clinical thinking ability of medi-cal students,and improve the teaching quality and teaching satisfaction of students.
