Effect of Precision Management Mode in Preventing Occupational Dis-eases in Coal Enterprises
Objective To analyze the effect of precision management mode in preventing occupational diseases in coal enterprises.Methods Twenty medical workers working in the Pingyin County Disease Prevention Center for Disease Control and Prevention from October 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects.From October 2021 to September 2022,the conventional management mode was adopted as the general group.From October 2022 to Sep-tember 2023,the precision management mode was adopted as the research group.Both groups are composed of the same staff.At the same time,170 workers working in coal enterprises were selected as the research objects in two peri-ods.The quality scores and knowledge of occupational disease prevention were compared between the two groups.And the satisfaction of the two groups of workers on the occupational disease prevention publicity and management was compared.Results The quality scores of occupational disease prevention and management and the mastery of occupa-tional disease prevention knowledge of the medical staff in the research group were higher than those in the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the staff in the research group was higher than that in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the precision management model in the occupational disease prevention management of coal enter-prises can ensure the effective promotion and management of occupational disease prevention.
