5A胜任能力的中西医卓越医生培养的教学探析

为适应现阶段中医类院校医学教育培养目标,以5A胜任力(学习力、思维力、道德力、沟通力、实践力)培养为基础,以学生发展为中心的教学改革模式有助于学生早期树立医学概念,以达到培养学生在临床上遇到问题、分析问题、解决问题的综合临床能力;教学中融入国医大师学术思想,见习时由国医大师团队带教能让学生早期接触临床,有利于培养学生中医思维和沟通思维的培养.因此基于5A胜任能力的中西医临床医学卓越医生人才培养教学在"一线三端"的教学改革下对培养中医类院校5A胜任力的中西医结合临床医学卓越医生有着极大的促进作用和实践意义.
A Teaching Analysis on Cultivating Outstanding Doctors of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine with 5A Competencies
In order to adapt to the current training goals of medical education in traditional Chinese medicine col-leges and universities,the cultivation of 5A competencies(learning ability,thinking ability,moral ability,communica-tion ability,and practical ability)are the basis.The teaching reform model centered on student development helps stu-dents establish medical concepts early in order to cultivate students'comprehensive clinical ability to encounter,ana-lyze and solve problems in clinical situations.Integrating the academic thoughts of traditional Chinese medicine mas-ters into the teaching,and being taught by a team of traditional Chinese medicine masters during the internship can al-low students to have early access to clinical practice,which is conducive to cultivating students'traditional Chinese medicine thinking and communication thinking.Therefore,the talent cultivation and teaching of outstanding doctors in clinical medicine of traditional Chinese and Western medicine based on 5A competencies has great promotion and practical significance under the teaching reform of"front line and three terminals"to cultivate outstanding doctors of clinical medicine of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine with 5A competencies in traditional Chinese medicine colleges.
