加强培训教学管理在全科医生转岗培训中的应用

目的 分析加强培训教学管理在全科医生转岗培训中的应用效果.方法 选取2020年1月—2023年1月永州市中心医院参加全科医生转岗培训的16名学员为研究对象,以随机抽签法分组,每组8名.对照组行常规教学管理,观察组行加强培训教学管理,对比教学效果.结果 相较于对照组,观察组理论成绩更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).相较于对照组,观察组技能操作和综合诊疗能力更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).相较于对照组,观察组教学效果更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).相较于对照组,观察组培训满意度评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 加强培训教学管理,可以提高全科医生转岗培训的质量和效果,帮助医生更好地适应转岗培训要求,从而促进其综合素质和职业水平的不断提升.
The Application of Strengthening Training and Teaching Management in the Transfer Training of General Practitioners
Objective To analyze the application effect of strengthening training and teaching management in the transfer training of general practitioners.Methods Sixteen students from January 2020 to January 2023 from Yong-zhou Central Hospital participated in the general practitioner transfer training were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into groups,with 8 participants in each group.The control group received routine teaching management,while the observation group received strengthened training and teaching management,and the teaching effectiveness was compared.Results Compared to the control group,the observation group had higher theo-retical scores,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the observation group had higher skills and comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic abilities,the differences were statistically sig-nificant(both P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the observation group had a better teaching effect,the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the observation group had a higher training satisfaction score,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening training and teaching management can improve the quality and effectiveness of general practitioners'job transfer training,help doctors bet-ter adapt to the requirements of job transfer training,and promote the continuous improvement of their comprehensive quality and professional level.
