摘要
产教融合作为一种新型的人才培养模式,为高职健康养老相关专业的人才培养提供了重要的支持.本文分析了产教融合在高职健康养老相关专业技能人才培养中的作用,探讨了产教融合的应用实践策略.研究表明,产教融合在高职健康养老相关专业技能人才培养中具有显著的作用,可以提高人才培养的质量,培养学生的实践能力和创新精神,满足企业的用人需求,加强产业与教育之间的联结.
Abstract
As a new talent training model,the integration of industry and education provides important support for the training of talents in higher vocational health and elderly care related majors.This article analyzes the role of the integration of industry and education in the cultivation of professional skills related to health and elderly care in higher vocational colleges,and explores the application and practical strategies of the integration of industry and edu-cation.Research shows that the integration of industry and education plays a significant role in the cultivation of pro-fessional skills related to health and elderly care in higher vocational colleges.It can improve the quality of talent training,cultivate students'practical ability and innovative spirit,meet the employment needs of enterprises,and strengthen the connection between industry and education.
