Lean Management of Antitumor Drug Allocation in Hospital Pharmacy In-travenous Admixture Services
Objective To study and analyze the application effect of lean management in the allocation of antitumor drugs in hospital pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS).Methods 22 PIVAS antineoplastic drug alloca-tion staff members of Binzhou City Central Hospital were selected as the study objects from January 2022 to December 2023,and were divided into control group(implementation of conventional management,January to December 2022)and observation group(implementation of lean management,January to December 2023)according to the time.The management effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The time for reviewing the prescription,con-figuration,and scheduling of drugs in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of errors in the drug configuration session in the obser-vation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the allocation of antitumor drugs in PIVAS,lean management can obtain good ben-efits,effectively improve the quality of drug allocation,and effectively reduce the occurrence of error events,which provides a guarantee for the rational use of clinical anti-tumor drugs.
