责任分组管理干预在医院心内科门诊中的应用价值及对管理质量的影响研究

目的 探讨责任分组管理干预在医院心内科门诊中的应用价值及对管理质量的影响.方法 选取16名寿光市人民医院门诊医生为研究对象,2021年7月—2022年6月实施常规管理模式,作为对照组,2022年7月—2023年6月实施责任分组管理干预,作为观察组.比较两组管理质量、职业认同感及满意度.结果 管理8周后,观察组各项管理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组把握感、认同感、自我效力感、有意义感、自我决定感、患者影响感及组织影响感评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组各项管理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 责任分组管理干预用于医院心内科门诊中效果显著,能提升管理质量,提高医生的职业认同感,可获得较高的满意度.
Application Value of Responsibility Group Management Intervention in Hospital Cardiology Outpatient Department and Its Influence on Manage-ment Quality
Objective To explore the application value of responsibility group management intervention in hospital cardiology outpatient department and its influence on management quality.Methods 16 outpatient doctors from Shou-guang People's Hospital were selected as the study objects.The conventional method management mode was imple-mented from July 2021 to June 2022,and was set as the control group.The responsibility group management interven-tion was implemented from July 2022 to June 2023,and was set as the observation group.The management quality,professional identity and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The management quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after 8 weeks of management,the differences were statis-tically significant(all P<0.05).After 8 weeks of management,the scores of grasp,identity,self-efficacy,meaningful-ness,self-determination,patient influence and organizational influence in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfactions of the manage-ment of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 8 weeks,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of responsibility group management intervention in hospital cardiology outpatient department is remarkable,it can improve management quality,improve doctors'professional identity,and obtain higher satisfaction.
