Methods and Effects of Implementing Quality Control Management in the Preparation of Blood Components in Blood Stations
Objective To anlayse the methods and effects of quality control management in the preparation of blood components in blood stations.Methods A total of 20 medical staff from the quality management Department of Dan-yang Blood Station were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups according to different man-agement methods,with 10 people in each group.Those who implement routine management from September 2021 to September 2022 were the routine management group;those who implement quality control management of blood com-ponent preparation in blood stations from October 2022 to September 2023 were the quality control management group,and 100 blood preparation samples before and after the implementation of the control measures were taken as the study objects.Researchers'quality control management scores,blood sample scrapping and error were analyzed and compared.Results The scores of blood source control,collection management,preparation management,quality inspection management,blood transportation,reserve management and use management in the quality control manage-ment group were higher than those in the conventional management group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05);the blood scrap rate in the quality control management group was significantly lower than that in the conventional management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By applying quality control management to the preparation of blood components in blood stations,it can effectively improve the preparation quality of blood components,reduce the probability of scrap samples,reduce the number of application er-rors,and have a high safety effect.
