Application Effect of Comprehensive Standardized Management in Ortho-pedic Nursing Quality Management
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of comprehensive standardized management in orthopedic nursing quality management.Methods 14 nurses who worked in the orthopedics department of Hengyang Hospital of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were grouped according to the implementation time of the orthopedics nursing management plan.Routine nursing manage-ment was conducted from January 2022 to December 2022(routine group),and comprehensive standardized manage-ment was conducted from January 2023 to December 2023(study group).Research objects in both groups are the same group of nursing staff.The nursing management quality score,nursing operation score,incidence of disputes and nursing staff's satisfaction with management were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of nursing quality and nursing operations of the study group were higher than those of the routine group,the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence rate of dispute events in the study group was lower than that in the routine group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The satisfaction of nursing staff in the study group was higher than that in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive and standardized management mode in orthopedic nursing management can effec-tively improve nursing quality,reduce the incidence of disputes,and enhance nursing satisfaction.
