Application Effect of Fine Management in Hospital Human Resource Man-agement
Objective To analyze the application effect of fine management in hospital human resource management.Methods 114 medical staff working in Wuhu Fifth People's Hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 were se-lected as the study objects.Regular human resource management was implemented from January to October 2022,and fine management was implemented from November 2022 to September 2023.The work quality,work attitude and com-plaints of medical staff before and after fine management were compared.Results After fine management,the work quality scores and work attitude of medical staff were significantly higher than those before fine management,and the complaint rate was significantly lower than that before fine management,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of fine management in hospital human resources management can greatly promote the work efficiency and treatment of medical staff,provide strong support for the long-term and stable development of the hospital.
