Analysis of the Application Effect of 6S Management Model in Nursing Management of Digestive Endoscopy Center
Objective To explore the effect of 6S management model in nursing management of digestive endoscopy center.Methods A total of 122 digestive endoscopes and 8 nursing staff in the Endoscopic Center of Xuyi County People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province from May 2021 to June 2022 before the implementation of 6S management were selected as the control group,and 122 digestive endoscopes and the same group of nursing staff after the implementa-tion of 6S management from July 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the observation group.The qualified rate of in-strument cleaning and the performance of nursing staff were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of instrument cleaning in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the theoretical and practical performance of nursing staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 6S management model can help im-prove the quality of nursing management in the digestive endoscopy center and improve the nursing level of nursing staff.
