进阶护理管理模式在骨科护理人员中的应用效果

摘要
目的 分析骨科护理人员管理中,进阶护理管理模式的实施效果.方法 选取南华大学附属第三医院于2021年10月—2023年10月在职的20名骨科护理人员作为研究对象,于2021年10月—2022年10月实施常规护理管理纳入对照组;于2022年11月—2023年10月实施进阶护理管理模式纳入研究组.比较两组护理人员的实践技能、护理质量、对管理措施的满意度.结果 研究组护理人员实践技能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组对管理的满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 进阶护理管理模式的实施可以显著提升护理质量,对护理人员技能提升有促进作用,且其对管理的满意度较高.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of the advanced nursing management mode in the management of orthope-dic nursing staff.Methods 20 orthopedic nurses in the Third Affiliated Hospital of the University of South China from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects and included in the control group through routine nursing management from October 2021 to October 2022.From November 2022 to October 2023,the advanced nurs-ing management model will be implemented and incorporated into the study group.The practical skills,nursing qual-ity and satisfaction with management measures were compared between the two groups.Results The practical skill score of nursing staff in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had higher satisfaction with management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of ad-vanced nursing management model can significantly improve the quality of nursing,promote the improvement of nurs-ing staff skills,and their satisfaction with management is high.
