The Application Effect of Full-process Information Management in Im-proving the Quality of Hospital Inspection and Analysis in the Pre-stage
Objective To analyze the application value of implementing full-process information management in the pre-analysis stage of hospital inspection to improve inspection quality. Methods From April 2022 to March 2023,21 medical staff members of the laboratory department of Shaanxi Aerospace Hospital were selected for routine manage-ment mode as the control group. From April 2023 to July 2023,the whole-process information management mode was carried out as the observation group. The medical staff involved were the same batch, and the management effects of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of timeliness, practicality, professionalism and service in the obser-vation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The time from sampling to delivery and the time from sample delivery to arrival in the laboratory in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of adverse events before anticoagulation sample coagulation, sample loss, sample container error, blood culture contamination, and sample hemolysis test between the two groups(all P>0.05).The satisfaction of the medical staff in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(80.95%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In improving the pre-inspection and analysis stage of the hospital, the implementation of full-process information management plays an im-portant role in improving the overall operational efficiency and patient satisfaction of the hospital.
