摘要
目的 探讨案例教学法结合问题为基础学习(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)模式在心内科教学中实践效果.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年1月新疆医科大学第四附属医院70名心内科学生为研究对象,采取随机数表法分为两组,每组35名,对照组给予常规讲授法教学,研究组采用案例教学法联合PBL模式,定时记录学习效果.结果 研究组理论考试、实践操作、病例分析能力、自主学习能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 案例教学法结合PBL模式在心内科教学中具有较好的应用效果,能有效提高学生的学习能力与实践操作能力.
Abstract
Objective To explore the practical effect of case teaching method combined with problem-based learning(PBL)model in cardiology teaching.Methods 70 cardiology students from the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into two groups using random number table method,with 35 students in each group.The control group was taught by the conven-tional lecture method,while the research group used the case teaching method combined with the PBL model to regu-larly record the learning effects.Results The scores of theoretical examination,practical operation,case analysis ability and independent learning ability of the research group were all higher than those of the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Case teaching method combined with PBL model has good application effect in cardiology teaching,and can effectively improve students'learning ability and practical operation ability.
