Application Analysis of Staged Target Teaching Method in Gynecological Clinical Teaching
Objective To explore the application value of staged target teaching method in gynecological clinical prac-tice teaching.Methods A total of 40 gynecological interns studied in the Obstetrics Department of Luotian County People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 20 people in each group.The stage goal group adopted stage goal method teaching.The traditional teaching group adopted conventional teaching method.The satisfaction evaluation scores of interns and the comprehensive evaluation scores of the interns'theory and skills assessment of the two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction evaluation scores of the interns in the stage target group were higher than those in the traditional teaching group,and the comprehensive evaluation scores of the interns'theory and skills assessment were higher than those in the traditional teaching group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of staged target teaching method for gynecological students is an effec-tive teaching method,which can be well received by students,and interns have been beneficially improved in both theory and practice under this teaching method.
