Application of"Task-driven"Teaching Method and Situational Simula-tion Teaching in Obstetrics and Gynecology Teaching
Objective To analyze the teaching effect of situational simulation teaching method and task-driven teach-ing method in obstetrics and gynecology teaching.Methods A total of 36 interns learning in the Department of Obstet-rics and Gynecology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from February to November 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were grouped by random drawing,18 interns with odd-signed were set as the control group,and the 18 interns with even-signed were set as the observation group.The control group simply imple-mented the traditional obstetrics and gynecology teaching method,and the observation group adopted the"task-driven"+ situational simulation teaching method.The clinical teaching effect of the two groups was compared and ana-lyzed.Results The total satisfaction rate of clinical teaching in the observation group was higher than that in the con-trol group,the scores of all performance indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total excellent rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of traditional clinical teaching in obstetrics and gynecology,the"task-driven"teaching method combined with situ-ational simulation teaching method is applied to the teaching of clinical medical interns.The teaching effect is remark-able,which helps to improve the teaching satisfaction of interns,stimulate their learning interest,autonomy and enthu-siasm.While enhancing students'ability of communication and expression,group cooperation,analysis and problem solving,it also promotes the overall improvement of obstetrics and gynecology teaching effect.
