目的 评价在"超声诊断学"教学期间应用案例教学法(Case Based Learning,CBL)联合智慧教室的作用,评估对考核成绩构成的影响.方法 选取2019年9月—2023年8月福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院医学影像学专业48名本科学生为研究对象,以简单随机法分为两组,对照组(n=24)予以传统教学法,观察组(n =24)则应用CBL案例教学法联合智慧教室,对比两组教学效果.结果 观察组带教后理论知识、操作技能成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组理论深化、仪器教学、实操教学、诊断技能各项成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在"超声诊断学"教学期间应用CBL案例教学法联合智慧教室有利于提升整体教学效率和教学质量,可提高学生学习参与积极性.
Role of CBL Case Teaching Method Combined with Smart Classroom in the Teaching of"Ultrasonic Diagnostics"and Its Influence on the Exami-nation Results
Objective To evaluate the role of Case Based Learning(CBL)combined with smart classroom in the teach-ing of"ultrasonic diagnostics",and evaluate the impact on the composition of examination results.Methods 48 under-graduate students majoring in medical imaging in the Second People's Hospital affiliated to Fujian University of Chi-nese Medicine from September 2019 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups by simple randomization method.The control group(n=24)was given the traditional teaching method;the observation group(n=24)was given the CBL case teaching method combined with the smart classroom to compare the teaching ef-fects of the two groups.Results The results of theoretical knowledge and operational skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The scores of theory deepening,instrument teaching,practical teaching and diagnostic skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CBL case teaching method combined with smart classroom in the teaching of"ul-trasonic diagnostics"is conducive to improving the overall teaching efficiency and teaching quality,and can increase the enthusiasm of students in learning.
