案例教学结合创新乐趣导向微课在普外科带教中的应用效果

目的 探讨分析在普外科带教中应用案例教学结合创新乐趣导向微课的效果.方法 选取2020年1月—2023年3月山东第二医科大学附属医院接受临床带教的60名实习生为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,参照组(n=30)接受常规带教,研究组(n=30)接受案例教学结合创新乐趣导向微课带教.比较两组的带教效果.结果 研究组理论知识考试成绩、实践操作技能考试成绩、评判性思维能力评分、教学满意度评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 在普外科带教中应用案例教学结合创新乐趣导向微课,能够帮助实习生更好地巩固理论知识,有效提高其临床实践操作技能,提高实习生评判性思维能力,提高实习生对带教工作的满意度,使其对临床工作具有更为准确的判断,可以更快适应未来的岗位工作.
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of case teaching combined with innovative fun oriented micro class in general surgery teaching.Methods A total of 60 interns who received clinical instruction in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University from January 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the research ob-jects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The reference group(n=30)received routine instruction,and the research group(n=30)received case teaching combined with innovative fun oriented micro-class instruction.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results The test scores of theoretical knowledge,practical skills,critical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction of the research group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The applica-tion of case teaching combined with innovative fun oriented micro-classes in general surgery teaching can help interns better consolidate theoretical knowledge,effectively improve their clinical practice skills,improve their critical think-ing ability,and improve their satisfaction with teaching work,so that they can make more accurate judgments about clinical work and adapt to future jobs more quickly.
