康复科临床见习中多元化带教模式的运用效果分析

目的 分析在康复科见习带教中应用多元化带教模式的效果和价值.方法 选取2022年9月—2023年9月期间在临沂市康复医院实习的28名见习生为研究对象,按照随机抽签方式将其分为研究组和对比组,各14名,对比组进行常规带教模式,研究组实施多元化带教模式,比较两组带教质量、理论和操作考试成绩、带教满意度、带教评价.结果 带教后,研究组见习生的带教质量优良率显著高于对比组,理论考试成绩和操作考试成绩均高于对比组,对带教的满意度及对带教模式的评价均高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 将多元化带教应用在康复科护理带教中效果较好,可以大大提升见习生的学习效率.
Objective To analyze the effect and value of the application of diversified teaching mode in the probation teaching of rehabilitation department.Methods A total of twenty-eight interns in Linyi Rehabilitation Hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into study group and comparison group with fourteen students in each group by random drawing.The comparison group was given the conventional teaching mode and the study group was given the diversified teaching mode.The teaching quality,theoretical and op-erational test scores,teaching satisfaction,and teaching evaluation were compared between the two groups.Results Af-ter teaching,the excellent and good rate of teaching quality of the interns in the study group was significantly higher than that in the comparison group,the scores of the theoretical examination and the operational examination were higher than that in the comparison group,and the satisfaction with teaching and the evaluation of teaching mode were higher than those in the comparison group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of diversified teaching to nursing teaching in rehabilitation department has a good effect,which can greatly improve the learning efficiency of trainees.
