Objective To analyze the effectiveness of problem-based learning(PBL)in clinical teaching of orthope-dics.Methods A total of 66 orthopedic interns from Liangqiu Central Hospital of Feixian County from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group(33 in each group)according to random number table method.The two groups were given routine teaching method and PBL teach-ing method respectively.The results of theoretical knowledge,clinical skill operation assessment,teaching satisfaction and comprehensive ability were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical skill operation,teaching satisfaction and comprehensive ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In orthopedic clinical teaching,the application of PBL teaching method has good effect can improve the teaching effect of interns.
