摘要
目的 分析骨科临床带教中,应用基于问题的教学法(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)的有效性.方法 选择2022年10月—2023年10月费县梁邱中心医院的66名骨科实习生为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各33名,分别给予常规带教、PBL教学法,比较两组理论知识和临床技能操作考核成绩、带教满意度、综合能力.结果 观察组理论知识和临床技能操作考核成绩、带教满意度、各项综合能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 骨科临床带教中,应用PBL教学法的效果好,可以提高实习生的带教效果.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of problem-based learning(PBL)in clinical teaching of orthope-dics.Methods A total of 66 orthopedic interns from Liangqiu Central Hospital of Feixian County from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group(33 in each group)according to random number table method.The two groups were given routine teaching method and PBL teach-ing method respectively.The results of theoretical knowledge,clinical skill operation assessment,teaching satisfaction and comprehensive ability were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical skill operation,teaching satisfaction and comprehensive ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In orthopedic clinical teaching,the application of PBL teaching method has good effect can improve the teaching effect of interns.
