Objective To explore the application effect of M-learning(ML)combined with case-based learning(CBL)in peptic discipline training teaching.Methods A total of 80 physicians who participated in the study of program train-ing in the Gastroenterology Department of Shanghai Xuhui District Central Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 in each group.The control group was given the traditional teaching method,and the study group was given M-learning combined with CBL teaching method.The results of theoretical examination,practical skill ex-amination and learning satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical scores and practical skill test scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(both P<0.05).The study satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of M-learning combined with CBL teaching method in gastroenterology discipline training teaching can not only improve doctors'theoretical and practical test scores,but also effectively improve doctors'learning satisfaction.
