摘要
对病案管理进行精细化流程管理不仅能大幅度提升医院病案室对病案的管理水平,还能有效提升病案管理人员的专业能力,同时也能降低医疗纠纷事件的发生率.对此,文章主要阐述医院病案管理实现精细化管理的意义、在医疗纠纷中的控制作用,以及相应的改进措施.
Abstract
The refined process management of medical record management can not only greatly improve the manage-ment level of medical records in the hospital's medical record room,but also effectively improve the professional capa-bilities of medical record managers,while also reducing the incidence of medical disputes.In this regard,the article mainly elaborates on the significance of achieving refined management of hospital medical records and its control role in medical disputes,and corresponding improvement measures.
