摘要
药师是远程药学服务团队的重要成员,在高血压、血脂异常、糖尿病、抗凝及哮喘等疾病患者的预后中,扮演着重要的角色.已发展的远程药学服务包括药物选择、医嘱审查和配药、患者咨询和用药监测以及提供其他临床用药服务.远程药学的优势包括增加药房和药师的价值,适应患者的需求,加强专业性咨询的可及性,提高卫生系统的效率,增加以患者为中心的服务的提供等.未来可通过远程药学平台开展分层和个体化随诊提高患者用药安全性和治疗依从性.
Abstract
Pharmacists are important members of the telemedicine care team and play an important role in the prog-nosis of patients with diseases such as hypertension,dyslipidemia,diabetes,anticoagulation and asthma.Telemedicine services have been developed to include drug selection,order review and dispensing,patient consultation and medica-tion monitoring,and the provision of other clinical medication services.The benefits of telemedicine include increas-ing the value of pharmacies and pharmacists,adapting to patient needs,enhancing access to professional consulta-tions,improving the efficiency of the health system,and increasing the delivery of patient-centered services.In the fu-ture,stratified and individualized follow-up can be carried out through the telemedicine platform to improve drug safety and treatment compliance of patients.
