摘要
在实施医院文化建设之时,需要加入以患者为中心的相关工作内容,将其作为指导思想,可以使院内各项服务工作质量获得一定程度上的提升,对医院整体形象也具有提升作用.本文主要针对医院文化的内涵、特点以及现状展开说明,明确医院文化建设重要性,同时对以患者为中心加强医院文化建设的对策进行综述.
Abstract
In the implementation of hospital culture construction,it is necessary to add patient-centered related work content and take it as the guiding ideology,which can improve the quality of various services in the hospital to a cer-tain extent and improve the overall image of the hospital.This paper mainly expounds the connotation,characteristics and current situation of hospital culture,clarifies the importance of hospital culture construction,and summarizes the countermeasures to strengthen hospital culture construction with patients as the center.
