摘要

基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(Matrix Assisted Laser Desorption Ionization Time of Flight Mass Spectrometry,MALDI-TOF MS)技术是临床微生物诊断中的一项革命性创新技术,给临床微生物诊断带来了极大的便利,同时也给临床微生物实习带教带来了新的挑战.本文阐述了MALDI-TOF MS技术在临床微生物检验实习带教中的应用探讨,旨在充分运用MALDI-TOF MS技术结合传统鉴定技术,提高临床微生物检验实习的教学能力.

Abstract

Clinical microbiology testing is one of the important specialties of clinical medical testing and plays an im-portant role in the clinical field.By providing accurate clinical microbiology test results and related suggestions,it pro-vides scientific basis for doctors'diagnosis and treatment decisions,thereby improving the accuracy of clinical diagno-sis and the effectiveness of treatment.Matrix assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF MS)technology is a revolutionary innovative technology in clinical microbiology diagnosis.It brings great convenience to clinical microbiology diagnosis,but also brings new challenges to clinical microbiology internship teaching.This article elaborated on the application of MALDI-TOF MS technology in teaching clinical microbiology testing practice,aiming to fully utilize MALDI-TOF MS technology combined with traditional identification technology to improve the teaching ability of clinical microbiology testing practice.
