摘要
本文旨在从行政职能的视角,面向三级公立医院构建门诊运行的管理机制,把控门诊质量管理,分析和改进门诊医疗质量控制,建立一系列长效发展机制来确保患者得到更高效、更人性化和专业化的优质服务,进而提高医院门诊管理水平.
Abstract
This article aimed to build a management mechanism for outpatient operations in tertiary public hospitals from the perspective of administrative functions,control outpatient quality management,and analyze and improve out-patient medical quality control,establish a series of long-term development mechanisms to ensure that patients re-ceive more efficient,more humane and professional high-quality services,thereby improving the hospital's outpatient management level.
