Application Effect of Quality Control and Fine Management in PIVAS
Objective To explore the effect of quality control and fine management in hospital pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS).Methods The quality control and fine management plan was implemented in Jinan Third People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022,and the study group was set within this period.Compared with the control group implemented with traditional infusion management method from January 2018 to December 2019.The medical staff in two stages were the same group,a total of twenty medical staff,and the positive and nega-tive emotional scores,emotional intelligence and work quality of the medical staff in the two groups were recorded.Re-sults The positive emotion score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the negative emotion score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistical significance(both P<0.05).The scores of emotional intelligence of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of medical personnel in the study group were higher in prescription examination and drug discharge,verification,configuration operation,envi-ronmental hygiene,clearance,equipment use and maintenance,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of quality control and fine management made PIVAS safer and more reliable in the process of medication for patients,improved the mood of medical staff,and greatly improved the quality of care,which has significant advantages in improving the quality of medical care.
