Application of Evidence-based Medicine Combined with PBL Teaching Model in Neurology Teaching of Standardized Training for Resident Doc-tors
Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based medicine combined with problem-based learing(PBL)teaching mode in neurology teaching of standardized training for residents. Methods A total of 62 resi-dent physicians who received standardized training in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from July 2021 to April 2023 were selected as study objects, and they were grouped by random number table method, with 31 in each group. The control group received PBL teaching mode, and the observation group received evidence-based medi-cine combined with PBL teaching mode. The test scores and comprehensive ability of the two groups of residents after standardized training were compared, and the satisfaction of the two groups of residents on teaching methods was in-vestigated.Results Comparing the test scores, comprehensive ability and satisfaction with teaching methods of the two groups, the observation group were higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based medicine combined with PBL teaching mode in the teaching of neurology in the standardized training of residents can improve their comprehensive ability, and the examination scores after training are obviously better than that of PBL teaching alone, and the residents have a higher satisfaction with the teaching method.
