Effect of Flexible Scheduling of Nurses Combined with Humanized Man-agement in the Management of Thoracic Surgery Nurses
Objective To analyze the effect of flexible scheduling of nurses combined with humanized management in the management of thoracic surgery nurses.Methods A total of 20 nurses from the Department of Thoracic Surgery of Shandong Guoxin Yiyang Group Zaozhuang Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as study ob-jects.From January to December 2021,routine management measures were adopted for nurses,and from January 2022 to December 2022,flexible scheduling of nurses combined with humanized management(new management style)were implemented.The work of nurses under different management styles were compared.Results Under the new manage-ment style,the score of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization tendency were lower than those under the routine management,and the score of personal accomplishment was higher than that under the routine management,the differ-ences were statistical significance(all P<0.05).Under the new management style,the satisfaction scores of nurses were higher,including recognition and praise,scheduling,balance between family and work,and total satisfaction scores,the differences were statistical significance(all P<0.05).In the score of the sense of career benefit,the scores of job security,sense of career and career value under the new management style were higher than those under the rou-tine management,the differences were statistical significance(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of thoracic surgery nurses,flexible scheduling combined with humanized management mode can improve nurses'job satisfaction and sense of career benefit,reduce nurses'sense of job burnout and enhance their personal achievement,which can help improve nurses'work enthusiasm.
