摘要
目的 分析基于三级公立医院绩效考核方式的精神专科医院内部质量评价指标体系的构建研究.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年12月29名相关领域专家作为研究对象,医护人员以三级公立医院绩效考核指标体系为指导,通过查找文献,根据组内讨论,构建精神专科医院内部质量评价指标体系.选择15年及以上工作经验、从事医疗质量管理等领域的专家,通过问卷调查的方式,采用德尔菲法进行咨询,最后分数≥7分,变异系数≤0.25,方可进入纳入标准.结果 本研究以三级公立医院绩效考核为导向,结合Donabedian质量理论,初步构建精神专科医院内部质量评价指标体系.结论 通过构建精神专科医院内部质量评价指标体系,可为医院内部管理和服务质量的提升提供依据.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the construction of the internal quality evaluation index system of psychiatric hospi-tals for the performance assessment of tertiary public hospitals.Methods A total of 29 experts from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as research subjects.Medical staff were guided by the performance appraisal index sys-tem of tertiary public hospitals and searched for literature.Based on discussions within the group,an internal quality evaluation index system for psychiatric hospitals was constructed.selecting experts with 15 or more years of working experience in medical quality management and other fields,conducting a questionnaire survey,and using the Delphi method for consultation.Only when the final score is≥7 points and the coefficient of variation is≤0.25 can the inclu-sion criteria be entered.Results This study was guided by the performance appraisal of tertiary public hospitals and combined with Donabedian quality theory to initially construct an internal quality evaluation index system for psychiat-ric hospitals.Conclusion By constructing an internal quality evaluation index system for psychiatric hospitals,it can provide value for the improvement of hospital internal management and service quality.
